Yes. We are currently accepting new patients of all ages.

Yes. Same-day new patient exams, cleanings, and emergency appointments are often available if you call early in the day.

A friendly welcome, a comprehensive exam, X-rays as needed, periodontal and oral cancer screenings, intraoral photos, and a real conversation about your goals. When your oral health allows, your cleaning is completed during the same visit.

Most new patient appointments take 60 to 90 minutes including exam, X-rays, conversation, and any cleaning we can complete the same day.

Photo ID, dental insurance card (if applicable), HSA or FSA cards, a list of current medications, and any previous dental records or recent X-rays if you have them.

You are welcome here without judgment. Your first visit back is a comfortable exam, a plain-language conversation about what we find, and a plan built at a pace you are comfortable with. Oral sedation is available if you would like extra support.

You will be sent a secure link to complete your new patient paperwork online before your visit. This keeps your appointment on time.

Insurance & Payment

We are in-network providers for most major PPO dental plans, including Delta Dental, Aetna, Cigna, MetLife, UnitedHealthcare, Regence, Premera, Guardian, Principal, Ameritas, Humana, and many more. If you do not see your plan listed, call us at (425) 898-2168. You can also learn more on our Insurance & Financing Page.

Call us at (425) 898-2168 with your insurance card and our team will verify your specific plan, your remaining benefits for the year, and your expected out-of-pocket cost for the visit you are booking.

Yes. We file PPO claims on your behalf and work directly with your insurance provider.

We do our best to estimate accurately based on what your carrier tells us at verification, but insurance benefits are not guaranteed until paid. If there is a balance after insurance settles, we will explain why and offer payment options.

Patients without insurance are always welcome. For patients managing the cost of larger treatments, we accept CareCredit financing, which offers several patient financing options including interest-free promotional periods for qualifying patients.

Not at this time. Patients without insurance are still welcome, and CareCredit financing is available for larger treatment plans.

CareCredit is a healthcare credit card with several promotional financing options, including interest-free periods for qualifying patients. You can apply in advance at carecredit.com or with help from our front-office team.

Always. You will receive a clear, written estimate before any treatment begins, including your expected insurance coverage and your out-of-pocket portion.

Yes, in most cases. Most Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) can be used for eligible dental services. Bring your card and any documentation your plan requires.

Most purely cosmetic treatments are not covered. When a treatment has both a cosmetic and restorative function (a crown, a tooth-colored filling, or some Invisalign cases, for example), insurance often does contribute.

Coverage varies. Some plans cover sedation when it is medically necessary, especially for longer or more complex procedures.

Sleep apnea treatment is typically covered by medical insurance, not dental insurance. We help with verification and prior authorization on the medical side.

Yes. We provide Invisalign clear aligner therapy for adults and teens.

Yes. We perform the Pin-Hole Surgical Technique (Chao Technique), a minimally invasive treatment for gum recession with no scalpels, no sutures, and no donor tissue.

Treatments & Costs

Most patients do best with a cleaning and exam every six months. Some patients with a history of gum disease or specific risk factors benefit from being seen every three or four months.

Cost depends on the treatment. We provide a clear, written cost estimate before any treatment begins, including what your insurance will cover. CareCredit financing is available.

No. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia, so most patients feel pressure but not pain. Sedation is available for patients who would like extra comfort.

Most adult cases finish in six to eighteen months, depending on complexity.

Around age 7 is the standard recommendation. By that age, your dentist can identify problems with jaw development, crowding, or bite that are easier to address while your child is still growing.

From extraction or grafting through final crown, most cases take four to nine months. Simple cases without grafting can move faster.

Anxiety, Comfort, & After Hours

We offer oral sedation for patients with dental anxiety. Our team also specializes in working at your pace, explaining each step before it happens, and using gentle technique. Tell us when you book and we will plan your visit around your concerns.

Call (425) 898-2168 and follow the after-hours instructions on our voicemail. We respond to dental emergencies as soon as possible and will get you in first thing.

Never. Our job is to help you move forward, not look back. You will always be treated with compassion and respect.
